This Policy describes what data the QazEdu mobile app
(Android — education.qazaq.mobile, iOS — QazEdu) processes, by whom and for what purpose it is
used. The data operator is Sole Proprietor “LOGICMATH.KZ”, owner of the
https://qazaq.education platform (the “Operator”, “we”).
This Policy supplements the platform’s Privacy Policy and applies to the mobile app. Data is processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 “On Personal Data and Its Protection”.
If you sign in with Google or Apple ID, we receive from that service only the account identifier, the email
address and your name (if you allowed them to be shared). When signing in with Apple you may hide your
email — in that case we receive an Apple relay address (@privaterelay.appleid.com) and work with
it. The password to your Google or Apple account is never transmitted to us and is not accessible to us.
A parent account processes the link to the children’s accounts and their learning data: the list of children, their names and dates of birth, progress, results and ranking. See the Parental Consent for Processing Children’s Data for details.
The text of your request and correspondence, and any information you voluntarily provide when contacting us.
The app does not request or process location data, your contact list, SMS, call history, the contents of files on your device (other than the profile image you select) or your calendar. The app shows no advertising, uses no advertising identifiers, and transfers no data to ad networks or data brokers. User data is not sold.

Any permission can be revoked in your device’s operating system settings. Revoking the notification permission disables push messages; the rest of the app continues to work.
Processing is carried out on the basis of: the consent of the data subject (for minors — the consent of their legal representative), the necessity of performing the contract (the Public Offer) and the requirements of the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Notifications are delivered via Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google LLC) and, on Apple devices, together with the Apple Push Notification service (Apple Inc.). The device push token and the notification content are transmitted to these services. We do not include passwords, payment data or other confidential information in notification text. The push token is deleted from our servers when you sign out and when your account is deleted.
We do not disclose personal data to third parties, except where it is necessary for the service to operate:
7.1. Data is stored on the platform’s secure servers.
7.2. Account data and learning data are retained while the account is active.
7.3. After an account is deleted, data is handled as described in “Account and Data Deletion”.
7.4. Backups are kept for no more than 30 days, after which they are overwritten.
7.5. Payment records are retained for the period required by the tax and accounting legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
8.1. A child’s account is created by a parent (legal representative) or by an educational organisation with the parent’s consent.
8.2. A child’s data is processed only with the consent of their legal representative.
8.3. A parent has access to their child’s learning data and may amend it or delete the child’s account in the “Children” section of the mobile app.
10.1. All data exchange between the app and the server takes place over HTTPS (TLS) only.
10.2. Authorisation uses access tokens with a limited lifetime; they are held in the device’s secure storage (Keychain on iOS, Keystore on Android) and are revoked when you sign out.
10.3. Passwords are stored on the server only as an irreversible hash.
10.4. Staff access to personal data is restricted and granted only to the extent necessary to perform their duties.
We may amend this Policy. The current version is always available at https://qazaq.education/documents/mobile-privacy and in the app. Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new version.
