Parental Consent for Processing Children’s Data

I, the undersigned, being the parent or legal representative of an underage user of https://qazaq.education, hereby give my voluntary consent to the processing of my child’s personal data by sole proprietor “Qazaq.education” (the “Operator”).

1. Information about the child

The following data of the minor may be processed in connection with the use of the Site:

• last name, first name;
• date of birth / age;
• history of completing learning assignments and tests;
• learning results and progress analysis;
• account identifiers, IP address, browser data;
• cookies (when the Site is used from the child’s device).

2. Purposes of processing the child’s data

Personal data is processed solely for the following purposes:

• providing access to educational materials;
• tracking individual learning progress;
• generating recommendations and feedback;
• maintaining learning statistics and analytics;
• complying with the requirements of RK legislation.

3. Processing conditions

3.1. Processing is carried out by automated and non-automated means, on servers protected by modern information security tools.

3.2. Access to the child’s data is available only to authorised employees of the Operator and to the parent themselves through their personal account.

3.3. Data is not disclosed to third parties, except in the cases provided for by RK legislation or where separate consent has been given.

4. Parent’s rights

The parent has the right to:

• obtain information about the child’s data;
• restrict or prohibit the processing of particular data;
• request the amendment or deletion of information;
• withdraw this consent at any time.

5. Validity and withdrawal of consent

5.1. The consent is valid from the moment of registration until it is withdrawn.

5.2. Withdrawal may be effected by written notice sent to the Operator’s email or postal address.

5.3. If consent is withdrawn, the child’s data is subject to deletion within the period established by law.

6. Final provisions

This consent is given in accordance with the requirements of the RK Law “On Personal Data and Its Protection” and confirms that the parent is aware of the purposes and conditions of processing information about the child.
