Public Offer

This Public Offer (the “Offer”) is the official proposal of sole proprietor “LOGICMATH.KZ” (the “Provider”) to any individual (the “Customer”) to enter into a contract for the provision of paid educational services through https://qazaq.education on the terms set out below.

1. Subject of the Offer

1.1. The Provider undertakes to give the Customer access to paid educational materials, including video lessons, assignments, tests and progress analytics, and the Customer undertakes to pay for the services in accordance with this Offer.

2. Acceptance of the Offer and conclusion of the contract

2.1. Payment for the services by the Customer constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Offer.

2.2. From the moment of payment, the contract between the Customer and the Provider is deemed concluded and the Customer accepts all the terms of this Offer.

3. Price and payment

3.1. The current subscription price is shown on the pages of the Site and may be changed by the Provider unilaterally.

3.2. Payment is made by bank card through the Epay payment service of Halyk Bank JSC.

3.3. The subscription is granted for a term of one (1) calendar month without automatic renewal.

4. Terms of service

4.1. Access to paid materials is opened automatically once successful payment is confirmed.

4.2. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the details entered at registration and payment.

4.3. The services are deemed rendered in full from the moment access is opened.

5. Rights and obligations of the parties

The Provider undertakes to:

• provide access to the platform for the duration of the subscription;
• keep the personal account and the learning system in working order;
• provide technical support where necessary.

The Customer undertakes to:

• not share their account credentials with third parties;
• use the services only for personal and family learning;
• comply with this Offer, the Terms of Use and the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. Liability

6.1. The Provider is not liable for an inability to provide the services for reasons beyond its control (internet outages, provider failures, actions of third parties and the like).

6.2. The Customer is responsible for all actions taken under their account.

7. Refunds

7.1. Refunds are possible in the cases and under the procedure set out in the Refund Policy.

8. Final provisions

8.1. This Offer takes effect from the moment it is published on the Site and remains in force until it is withdrawn or replaced by a new version.

8.2. All disputes under this Offer are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
