These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between Sole Proprietor “LOGICMATH.KZ” and any individual registered on https://qazaq.education (the “User”), including the legal representatives of underage users.
1.1. The Qazaq.education website (the “Site”) is an online platform for learning mathematics that provides access to video lessons, interactive exercises, tests and progress analytics.
1.2. Use of the Site is governed by these Terms and by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the Civil Code of the RK, the RK Law “On Consumer Protection”, the RK Law “On Personal Data and Its Protection” and other applicable regulations.
1.3. Registering on and using the Site constitutes the User’s unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
2.1. Registration is required to access the Site’s functionality. Both a parent (legal representative) and a child aged 7 to 18 may register.
2.2. A parent account allows the parent to monitor and track the child’s progress, pay for the subscription and review the learning history.
2.3. The User undertakes to provide accurate information at registration. The person who completes the registration form is responsible for the accuracy of that information.
3.1. Part of the educational content is provided free of charge; access to the remainder is granted under a paid subscription.
3.2. Payment is made by bank card through the Epay service of Halyk Bank JSC.
3.3. The subscription is granted for a term of one month and does not renew automatically.
4.1. The User undertakes to use the Site solely for educational purposes, without violating the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan or the rights of third parties.
4.2. The User may not transfer their account credentials to third parties.
4.3. The Site administration may restrict the User’s access in the event of a breach of these Terms or of the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4.4. Qazaq.education undertakes to maintain the technical operation of the platform and to preserve the confidentiality of personal data.
5.1. The administration is not liable for technical failures caused by the actions of third parties or by force majeure.
5.2. A parent or legal representative is responsible for the actions of an underage User.
6.1. When you register on and use the Site, your personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the RK Law “On Personal Data”.
6.2. Parents consent to the processing of their children’s data for the purposes of teaching and tracking progress.
7.1. Qazaq.education reserves the right to amend these Terms without prior notice. The current version is always available on the Site.
7.2. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek to resolve it through negotiation. Failing that, disputes are subject to resolution in the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
