Data Security Statement

This document sets out the policy of Sole Proprietor “LOGICMATH.KZ” on information security and the protection of the personal data of users of https://qazaq.education, including the data of children and parents, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

1. Data protection principles

1.1. Personal data is processed and stored in accordance with the RK Law “On Personal Data and Its Protection”.

1.2. Data protection is based on the principles of lawfulness, good faith, data minimisation and restricted access.

2. Categories of protected information

The following types of data are protected:

• users’ personal data (full name, date of birth, email, IP address and similar);
• learning information (assignment history, grades, progress statistics);
• payment data (date, method, transaction number);
• cookies and session data.

3. Technical security measures

3.1. All connections to the site are made over the secure HTTPS protocol (SSL certificate).

3.2. Modern encryption methods are used for data on the server and in transit.

3.3. Software components are updated regularly and security audits are carried out.

3.4. A data backup and recovery system is in place.

4. Organisational measures

4.1. Access to data is limited to authorised employees who have signed non-disclosure undertakings.

4.2. All employees receive personal data protection training.

4.3. Unique passwords are used, with two-factor authentication for administrators.

5. Working with children

5.1. The data of underage users is processed solely with the consent of their legal representatives.

5.2. Parents have full access to their child’s learning information and may request its deletion.

6. Incident response

6.1. In the event of a data breach or leak, users will be notified immediately.

6.2. An internal investigation is conducted, with information security specialists and the relevant state authorities involved.

7. Monitoring and audit

7.1. The security system is audited regularly, including vulnerability testing.

7.2. All incidents and operations on data are logged and available for analysis.
