Consent to Personal Data Processing

I, a user of https://qazaq.education, hereby freely, of my own will and in my own interest, in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 “On Personal Data and Its Protection”, consent to the processing of my personal data by Sole Proprietor “LOGICMATH.KZ” (the “Operator”).

1. Personal data subject to processing

The personal data covered by this consent is:

• last name, first name, patronymic;
• date of birth;
• contact phone number;
• email address;
• data on learning and test results;
• IP address, browser and cookie data.

2. Purposes of processing

Personal data is processed in order to:

• provide access to the educational platform;
• ensure the correct operation of the Site;
• maintain user statistics and progress analytics;
• provide technical support;
• comply with the requirements of RK legislation.

3. Processing conditions

3.1. Personal data is processed both with and without the use of automated means.

3.2. Data is retained until the purposes of processing are achieved or until consent is withdrawn.

3.3. Data is not disclosed to third parties, except in the cases provided for by RK legislation.

4. Rights of the data subject

The data subject has the right to:

• obtain information about their data and its processing;
• request the amendment, deletion or blocking of their data;
• withdraw consent to processing;
• lodge a complaint with the authorised personal data protection body.

5. Withdrawal of consent

Consent may be withdrawn by sending written notice to the Operator’s email address or to the postal address given in the company details.

If consent is withdrawn, the Operator ceases processing the personal data, except in the cases provided for by RK legislation.

6. Final provisions

Consent is deemed given at the moment of registration and of beginning to use the Site.

This consent remains in force indefinitely until withdrawn.
